Who it's for

This course is for you if you want to…

  1. 1

    Move from confusion to clarity

Every time you learn from a course, a teacher, or any resource, ask: do I have more clarity than before, and an actionable step to take this into practice? Without that reflection, you're just drowning in yoga information.

  2. 2

    Go deeper, not broader

If you graduated from a 200-hour training, chances are you went wide and touched on bits of yoga. These 30 hours go deep on one thing: how to teach yoga to beginners. Structured, in-depth, and designed with you in mind.

  3. 3

Raise the standard of yoga education

The one thing that changes your yoga journey is finding the right teacher. Make high-quality education and high-caliber teachers your norm; it brings clarity, peace of mind, and success, personally and professionally.

  4. 4

    Succeed when your students succeed

Helping beginners move from confusion to clarity is every teacher's responsibility. If you want to grow in teaching yoga, put your students' success ahead of everything else.

Inside the course · syllabus

Thirty hours, one subject: teaching beginners well.

Where a 200-hour training goes wide, this course goes deep on how to teach yoga to people new to it. Here is what you receive.

  1. Part 1

    Live training

We learn differently, so the training is offered live on Zoom for deep, interactive learning. Live attendance is highly encouraged.

  2. Part 2

    Pre-recorded content

All live sessions are recorded and uploaded to an online learning platform, for anyone who wants to take the course through the recordings.

  3. Part 3

    In-depth manual

A detailed colour manual with pictures, charts, and sequences. Got to learn, might as well make it colourful and fun.

  4. Part 4

    Sequences and checklists

A checklist keeps you on track through the course, and you'll get plenty of sequences to plug in and practise.

  5. Part 5

    Alumni check-ins

After the training, Arundhati hosts alumni sessions to help you take what you've learned into the real world of teaching it.
